Personal Background Information - Peter Tang Peter Tang started his career with Box Pak (S) Pte. Ltd. as production trainee in 1974. His enthusiasm and willingness to learn character enable him to learn the critical knowledge of production planning and control resource management etc. He was there for 10 years and he left as a senior production superintendent with responsibilities of handling 3 corrugated machines running 2 shifts. In 1984, he transfer to Box Pak (M) Sdn Bhd as Factory Superintendent. 2 year later, he promoted to be a Production Manager. His responsible was to ensure smooth and efficient running of the corrugated carton factory and there 200 employee with him working 3 shifts. His wide experience and depth knowledge in the production of corrugated carton is a very valuable asset to company in order to ensure economic effective and efficient production system. His present will enable us to achieve the highest production capacity best possible quality and prompt delivery. He left Box Pak (M) Sdn. Bhd in 1990 to joint Harta Packaging Industry Sdn. Bhd as Factory Manager. Within a short period of 2 years, he has successfully position Harta Packaging Industry Sdn. Bhd as a strong player in the corrugated industry. He left Harta Packaging Industry Sdn. Bhd in 1992 to become a consultant for Kheng Hwa Paper Products Sdn.Bhd for 6 month in Penang. With his vast experience, technical know-how and interest in the corrugated line. He came to Johor in July, 1992 to set up Solid Packaging Industry Sdn.Bhd. He success in the corrugated line due to the result of over thirty years untiring hard work and desire for continuous improvement. No. 20 &
